Football...Basketball....it doesn't matter...if South Oak Cliff has a big game, the Golden Bear Band is there in full effect.
And SOC fed off the energy early on. Devion Wilson with the nice pass inside to Jabril Muhammad who gets 2 defenders in the air before scoring.
Then it's Wilson doing it himself. This step back mid range jumper had the Golden Bears up 11-9 after a quarter.
WT White would start chipping away at the lead. This steal by Jamison Thrower leads to the break and Thrower would make the awkward layup after being fouled. Longhorns finally had the lead 19-18 late first half.
3rd quarter, take a look at Wilson again. On the break, he's going to take it himself...switches it to his left hand and tosses it up while falling on his back...it's good. That kinda night for SOC as they led by 10 after 3.
4th quarter, Longhorns' Ben Price gets popped in the mouth while trying to posterize his opponent...didn't get the dunk, but did get the points and the opportunity for an "and one".
South Oak Cliff's defense was locked in and the Golden Bears took advantage of fast break chances....Jayden Miller goes all the way with the left hand. He led all with 15 points and SOC takes down first place WT White, 58-40.
