Mansfield Lake Ridge Baseball Edges Mansfield Legacy 2-1 in Thrilling Rematch

Arkansas commit Jake Jenkins struck out 10 through five innings for Legacy, but Lake Ridge found a way. Trailing 1-0 into the sixth, Dominik Harper ripped an RBI triple to tie it, then Jeremiah Thomas singled home the go-ahead run as the Eagles held on for a 2-1 victory.

Corbin McDaniel's second-inning RBI double had given Legacy the early lead. Matthew Carrasco's defensive gem at third kept Lake Ridge within striking distance until their late rally. The Eagles remain atop the 3-6A standings.
