Aledo Bearcats Defeat Granbury Pirates 5-1 Behind Lucas Nawrocki Dominant Pitching

LSU-bound pitcher Lucas Nawrocki held Granbury to a single hit over five innings, striking out eight as Aledo cruised to a 5-1 district win. The Bearcats entered at 27-4, and they showed why they'll be a force in the 5A playoffs.

Christian Allen's RBI double gave Granbury their only run in the third. Aledo answered with a three-run fourth—Wilson Sehnem drove in two, Landon Barnes added an RBI single—and never looked back.
