Summer Creek Defeats Flower Mound 55-45 in State Title Game

Addison Martin connected on four three-pointers to help Summer Creek defeat Flower Mound 55-45 in the state championship game. Erin Newsom controlled the paint, helping the Lady Bulldogs build a halftime lead they would not relinquish.

Flower Mound was led by Maci Pringle, who scored 21 points and set up teammates Brooklyn Gray and Lorelei Ebert throughout the contest. However, Summer Creek's balanced attack proved too strong, denying Flower Mound their first-ever basketball state title.
