South Grand Prairie Guard Taliyah Parker - Week 29 Basketball MVP Bobblehead Winner

When South Grand Prairie lost star post, Adhel Tac, for the year early in the season, they needed a new leader to step up. Cue Taliyah Parker. The senior 6’1 guard took over and helped lead the Warriors to the state championship game. Taliyah plays with intensity and a competitive edge on both ends of the court and when she decides to go to the hole she does it with purpose. She averaged 11 points, 5 rebounds and 4 assists for S-G-P and will be taking her talents to College Station to play for Texas A&M next winter.
