Carter’s Chance Puryear (Pur-year) is one of the best small forwards in all of Texas. As a junior he was his district’s offensive player of the year as he averaged 14 points and 9 boards a game. Puryear can be a facilitator as well for the Cowboys as he gets all his teammates involved in the offense. Carter is ranked number 4 in the state and behind Puryear, many think this could be their year to go to state. Chance is heading to SMU for his college ball.
