Playoff Soccer: Frisco Liberty Edges Highland Park 1-0

Matthew Mincak redirected an Asher Ervin corner kick into the net with under 20 minutes remaining, giving Frisco Liberty a 1-0 playoff victory over Highland Park. The goal broke a scoreless deadlock that had persisted through more than 60 minutes of defensive soccer.

Highland Park's Trey Shamburger hit the post on one of the first half's best chances. Despite a late push from Jake Rhine, Frisco Liberty's defense held firm to advance in the playoffs.
