There's a couple bobblehead winners, Colin Simmons and Caden Durham, looking to lead the Panther to back to back state titles.
And Durham was a problem for North Shore from the get go. Less than a minute into the game, Durham is off to the races for a 26 yard touchdown. 7-0 Duncanville
After North Shore answers, here comes Durham again. A misdirection hand off, the LSU commit finds a hole and there isn't a defender in the state that can catch Caden when he gets a head of steam. 72 yard score and it's 14-7 Duncanville.
Still First, Keelon Russell lofts it deep into the air to Dakorien Moore in the back of the end zone for a 39 yard score. 21-7 Panthers
Second quarter, Duncanville pinned back to their own 8. No worries. They have Caden Durham. Good bye. That's a 92 yard touchdown run and Caden would finish with 231 yards, 3 touchdowns and a MVP plaque. Panthers led 35-17 at the half.
More of the same in the second half, Russell on the quarterback sneak for a 10 yard touchdown. Duncanville goes back to back as they beat North Shore 49-33 getting Reginald Samples a second state trophy
