The Waxahachie Indians hosted the DeSoto Eagles at historic Richards Park for a high-scoring high school baseball matchup. Waxahachie took control early, building a quick lead with RBI hits from Hayden Zandt and Reed Saenz. Pitcher Gramm Davis was efficient on the mound, recording five strikeouts in three innings of work. The offense continued to pour it on in the third inning, highlighted by a bases-clearing triple from Luke Reeves.
