Frisco Emerson Softball Stays Undefeated in District with 8-3 Win Over Frisco

The Frisco Emerson Lady Mavericks continued their impressive turnaround this season with a decisive 8-3 victory over the Frisco Lady Raccoons on Monday night. Despite dropping eight games during their non-district schedule, Emerson has found their stride, remaining perfectly undefeated in district play at 9-0. The Lady Mavericks' offense was firing on all cylinders early on, sparked by an RBI triple from Gianna Lipsky in the first inning and an RBI single by Savannah Carlton in the third. Ellie Thurman also contributed heavily with an RBI triple during a massive four-run fifth inning. Although Frisco's Abree Thompson launched a powerful home run over the center field wall in the bottom of the fifth, it was not enough to close the gap. Frisco Emerson secured the win, cementing their dominance in the district standings.
