About West Mesquite
West Mesquite High School sits in east Dallas County and plays its home games at Memorial Stadium, a 19,400-seat facility built in 1976 on the school's campus. The Wranglers compete in UIL 5A Division I and reached the third round of the playoffs in 2014, the deepest postseason run in program history. West Mesquite's crosstown rivalry with North Mesquite remains a fixture each fall.
