The Mansfield Summit Jaguars aimed to repeat as 5A-Division 1 state champions as they took on Beaumont United. Freshman Joseph Creal set the tone early, knocking down four three-pointers in the opening quarter to help build an early lead. Creal finished the game with a team-high 20 points. Senior Jaxon Sneed provided veteran leadership and scoring, adding 13 points with some tough finishes inside. David Bardare also contributed with an athletic drive and finish.
