Enhancing Safety in Football with New Tackle Wheels in Mansfield ISD

Methodist Mansfield Medical Center funded 24 tackle wheels distributed across Mansfield ISD high schools and middle schools. The equipment enhances football safety by helping coaches teach proper tackling techniques.

The tackle wheels focus especially on reducing the risk of head injuries by allowing players to learn controlled aggression and correct form from an early age. Mansfield Timberview, Summit, Legacy, Lake Ridge, and the district's middle school programs all benefit from this safety-focused initiative.
