About Samuell
W.W. Samuell High School sits in the Pleasant Grove area of southeast Dallas. The Spartans compete in UIL District 11-5A and play their home games on a synthetic turf field. The school opened as part of Dallas ISD and has produced notable alumni including soft rock musician John Ford Coley and NFL tight end Ron Jones.
