About Azle
Azle High School sits in Tarrant County northwest of Fort Worth and plays its home games at Hornet Stadium on Boyd Road. The Hornets compete in UIL Class 5A Division 1 and have built a program known for its green and black colors. Coach Wilson Rigg took over as head coach in January 2026, bringing more than a decade of coaching experience to a team that has shown recent success on Friday nights.
