Arlington Lamar Head Coach Laban Delay and his Lamar Vikings took on Trinity in the first ever high school game at Globe Life Park. 3rd quarter, down 21-14, Trojans go to Ollie Gordon, Vikings try an arm tackle on him....nope that's not going to work, Gordon spins out of it and races 73 yards for the touchdown to tie this thing up at 21. Last play of the 3rd quarter, and Gordon gets his number called again. Showing the speed and watch him check the jumbo tron to see who's tailing him. That's a 34 yard touchdown. Part of a 219 yard day for Gordon. 28-21. However, with 1:21 left in the game, Lamar's Anthony Williams goes 25 yards for the tying score. He scored 3 touchdowns on the night. 28-28.
Trinity methodically moved down the field until with 28 seconds left, Valentino Foni dumps it off to Gordon, and Ollie does the rest. Running down the sideline for the 28 yard game winning score. Trinity wins it 35-28.
