Defending 3A State champions, Stephenville, visited Midlothian Heritage Friday night.
Yellow Jackets scored on their first drive. Ryder Lambert throws this 9 yard touchdown to Payton Poston. The 2 would hook up for 3 touchdowns on the night.
Then, next possession, Lambert with the flick of the wrist hits Tristian Gentry in stride for a 42 yard score and Stephenville is up 14-0.
Midlothian Heritage would put up some offense as well. Jason Barela goes up the middle for a 21 yard score as this one would go back and forth.
Lambert, who threw 5 touchdowns, also ran one in from the 9 as Stephenville hangs on to win it 49-42.
