Richardson Berkner Rams vs. McKinney Boyd Broncos - 2013 Basketball - Week 8

July 21, 2018
At Garland Naaman Forest, Fresno State commit Soma Edo (Ay-dough) and the 8th ranked Berkner Rams took on McKinney Boyd Ay-dough, who we will hear from later in the show, is what they call a "high riser", as Torey Everrett gets it to him for the high percentage shot. 27-24 Rams at the break. On the other end, Boyd's Mikel Parish waits for a cutter and finally Taber McFadden obliges.....he scores on the layup. Watch the hustle here by Zach Rubel who strips the ball under his own basket then goes to the floor for it, shovels the rock off to Daylon Markham for the basket and foul. Broncos trailed by 3 going into the 4th. Berkner likes the ball in the open court and in the final quarter they showed off their fast break skills. Keenan Evans with some nifty moves and scores 2 of his 12 points. Then point guard Kendal Harris runs the break and drops a serious dime for Everrett for the layup. Everrett with 12 points as well. Finally, Harris gets in the lane and lobs it up for Ay-Dough for the slam. Ay-Dough with 16 points and Berkner advances to the next round with a 59-48 victory.
