Mesquite vs North Mesquite - 2019 Week 7 Football Highlights

Mesquite used a big night from La'Darius Turner to take down North Mesquite 48-10.
Former North Mesquite star Tarell Brown one of 11 Mesquite ISD Hall of Honor inductees; he won a national championship at Texas and played in a Super Bowl.
His former team got a blocked punt to set up the first score of the game. This was the 50th meeting between Mesquite and North Mesquite, and the Stallions took an early 7-0 lead.
The Skeeters came right back and scored when quarterback Dylan McGill pump-faked, then took off on a 47-yard run to the end zone. McGill also threw two touchdown passes in this game.
mesquite running back La'Darius Turner had a big game: 19 carries, 155 yards and three touchdowns. Mesquite beats North 48-10, and the Skeeters lead the all time series with 27 wins, 22 losses, and one tie.
