The struggling Cedar Hill Longhorns welcomed in district foe and undefeated Mansfield Tigers Friday night.
Anthony Edwards making his season debut at the QB position for the Longhorns looked good, here he finds Lekeldrick Bridges who makes a great catch in the back of the endzone, Edwards finished with 137 yards and 2 TDs in first start, not bad.
Then check out this crazy play, 4th down for the Horns deep in their own territory, Zhaiylen Scott drops the direct snap, picks it up, sheds a tackle, avoids another and then he's OFF, 74 yards for the score on a busted play, what effort by Scott.
And speaking of effort, the Longhorn D was tough all night on the Tigers, here they force the fumble and get the recovery which led to a score, Cedar Hill earns our Defensive Title Belt this week, and they also earn the "W" with the dominating 47-14 win over Mansfield.
