The Lovejoy Leopards visited Argyle Friday, Lovejoy looking to move to 2-0 while Argyle hoping to avoid 0-2.
Lovejoy gets on the board early when Payton Pierce, the Ohio State linebacker commit, can aslo run the ball as he bounces to the left and trouts in for the score, Leopards up 7.
Then Lovejoy goes to the air, Alexander Franklin hits Daylan McCutheon, the Leopards go up 21 zip in the 1st quarter.
And then later, Franklin calls his own number as he fakes the handoff, keeps and races in for the touchdown, Lovejoy finished 504 total yards of offense.
But the Leopard D did their part as well, here Kevin Magee knifes thru to sack John Gaily, Argyle was held to just 14 points as Lovejoy earns this week's Defensive Title Belt and they get the win 42-14, handing Argyle their first home loss in 11 seasons.
