Kimball Knights vs. Brennan Bears - 2013 Basketball - Week 10

Keith Frazier, after suffering a head injury in the regional final, was ready to lead Kimball against San Antonio Brennan in a 4A semifinal. First half, and Kimball's Gabe Lilly was red hot for the Knights in the first half as he scored 13 of his 18 points before the break. His older brother, Shannon, was MVP of the last 2 4-A finals, so these Lilly kids sure do like the Erwin Center. Then Frazier knocked down the trifecta as Kimball led 32-26 at halftime. Brennan was led by John Azzinaro, who had his offensive game on point. He finished with 25 points. Frazier, on another heat check, knocks down this deep 3. Frazier with 18 points and Kimball up 4 after 3. Fourth quarter, Jordan Adams with the beautiful pass to Deangelo Allen who misses but Trent Brinkley dunks home the rebound. Knights head to their 3rd straight state final with the 64-52 win and will play the winner of our next game.
