Joshua Owls were 3-1 going into their district matchup with Mansfield Timberview Thursday night.
First quarter, check out the catch by Savion McKinnon of Timberview....pulling it off the helmet of the defender on 4th down. That would set up a short score to make it 14-0.
Second quarter, another 4th down play for the Wolves. Jarvis Reed takes the handoff and bounces off would be tacklers for a 43 yard touchdown run. Timberview is pulling away 21-0.
Owls finally get on the board with the old halfback option. That's the coach's son, Drew DeArman taking the backwards pass and throwing to Aiden Raccuglia (Ra-cug-lia) for a 19 yard touchdown. Joshua down 21-6
Then Reed would take a huge shot going in from the 2, but he scores. Timberview takes the 56-14 victory.
