Plano senior forward Jordyn Merritt is one of the best players in the state of Texas. As a sophomore she led the Wildcats to their first ever state title by averaging 15.3 points and 7.3 boards in the post season. Last year she averaged a double double with 18 points and 10 boards. An A-C-L tear will keep her on the sidelines this year as she rehabs for her next stop, the University of Florida.
