Jesuit Rangers vs. Berkner Rams - 2013 Basketball - Week 4

More good 5A action over in Richardson where the Berkner Rams led by Kendall Yancey Harris put their undefeated district record on the line against Jesuit. The Rangers were looking to avenge an 8 point loss earlier this season but early on the Rams were in command with Fresno State commit Soma Edu on the receiving end of this pretty ally oop pass, he finished the night with 16 points. Jesuit would counter with their crafty lefty Bryan Stankey, check out the footwork as he goes off the window to get the game tied at 24 at the intermission. Kendall Yancy Harris who just recently decommitted from USC would lead all scorers in this one with 26...But Jesuit wouldn't go away thanks to their outstanding sophomore point guard Brock Stepteau, he had a team high 15. But the inside play of Soma Edu just too much on this night as he seals his defender and gets another easy bucket, Berkner gets the win by a final of 63-46 and stays atop the district standings in 9-5A.
