Kuol Atak (Coo-all Attack) is an Oklahoma commit and he's got Haltom playing some good basketball as the Buffs visited Arlington Martin.
Early on, Martin would find success from long distance. Willie Warren with this top of the key 3 as he led the Warriors with 14 points.
Then it's Jayson Mathieson with the catch and release 3 ball. He scored 13. Martin up 19-13 after a quarter.
But Atak averages 27 points for the Buffaloes and he would be right on that average Friday. Here he uses his length to connect on this sweet fadeaway jumper.
Then he catches the ball at the top of the key, loses his defender and drains the 3 pointer. 28 points for the senior.
Jihre (Ji-REE) Smith takes it strong to the hole and over the big man for another bucket. Haltom wins a close one, 58-54.
