This year's Parker University Coach of the Year is Farron Douglas of Lancaster. Leading the Lancaster basketball team, Coach Douglas managed a seamless transition from 5A to 6A, navigating his team through a highly competitive season. Under his guidance, the Tigers ended the regular season with an impressive 13-1 record and were ranked fifth statewide. Coach Douglas, with multiple state titles to his name, continues to build a strong, disciplined team that embodies hard work and respect.
