Junior star Ariel Atkins leads the way for the talented Pantherettes with 16 points a contest. She kicks things off here with the steal and she has nothing but open court in front of her for the easy bucket. Duncanville D was tough all game, here Tasia Foman with the steal, gets it ahead to Atkins and watch the body control here, gets it off the glass just before her momentum takes her out of position, nice play there. Bowie doing their best to keep up the Pantherettes, here Jazmine Holman drives and finds Ashley Ferguson for the up and in, great pass there by Holman. But Duncanville just too much to handle right now, here Kiara Perry misses her shot, grabs the board and lets Foman try a three and...BANG...even when things seem to go wrong they go right for this team. And finally, you want to know why Atkins is one of the best all around players, then here you go, Bowies Nia Roberts thinks she's open but Atkins comes FLYING in for the block...WOW! this young lady is special, as Duncanville gets the convincing 61-40 win and they will play the winner of our next game.
