It's the Belt Line Rivalry - Cedar Hill hosting DeSoto.
The Lady Longhorns got off to a good start with some good passing. RYLAN JONES gets the two points inside for a quick 6-2 lead.
From that point till the end of the 1st, DeSoto outscored Cedar Hill by 11, which helped the Lady Eagles take a 17-10 lead after one.
Now in the 2nd, DeSoto with the offensive rebound, gets it to MYLASIA SMITH for the 3 ... and that net isn't coming down. The lead was 7.
Cedar hill cut it to three on this *patient* offensive play by MADISON CALDWELL, she waited out the defense then hit the short little jumper.
DeSoto led by only 6 at halftime, but run away in the 2nd half to win 74-53.
