The Northwest Texans welcomed in the Denton Ryan Raiders Thursday night for a district 3-5A tussle.
Pick things up 3rd quarter, Ryan attempting a field goal but it gets blocked and the Texan's Chad Phillips is there for the scoop and he's OFF. 88 yards to the house bringing his Texans to within 7 of the Raiders, great play by Phillips.
But the Raiders respond going on a long drive that ended with Nemo Warmate JUST getting across the goal line for the score, Ryan back up 14.
Last ditch effort for Northwest now, Leddie Thompson rolls to his right, fires but Ryan's Dillon Arkansas gets the pick and that would seal the win, Denton Ryan gets past Northwest by the final of 28-14
