2nd qtr...Decatur's Landon Howell connects withThomas Rainey for the 23-yard touchdown pass as they take a 14-0 lead...Springtown would battle back though...it's Camden Chesney throws the fade to Andy Behle, he outfights the defender for the touchdown, Porcupines trail 14-7. We move to the 3rd quarter now, Springtown trailing 20-7, it's Chesney to Brody Trejo for the TouchDown, it's now 20-14. Later in the 3rd, Springtown takes their first lead of the game... Chesney with his 3rd touchdown pass of the game, this one to Matthew Lockard and the Porcupines take a 21-20 lead. In the 4th qtr, after a Decatur touchdown Springtown responds one more time its Chesney to Lockard again for the TD, we are tied at 28. Back comes the Eagles, it’s Howell up top to Kreid Hafer TD, That's your game winner - Decatur holds on for a 35-28 win, that puts them in the driver's seat for the district championship.
