Boswell played host to Crowley in a big district 3-6A game.
Crowley led 15-13 at halftime, and then scored on their first drive of the second half on a Caleb Williams touchdown run for a 22-13 lead.
But Boswell came right back when Tye Renfro connected with Kairel Robertson, who turns a nice gain into a touchdown, breaking several tackles on his way to the end zone.
The Eagles responded on their next drive with a little touchdown pass from Caleb Williams to Derrick Tasby, and the lead was back out to 8.
But Boswell responded with another shock to Crowley's defense, getting the ball to their *electric* wideout Kairel Robertson, who takes the screen pass up the sideline for a 44 yard gain, and then scores three plays later to make it 28-26, Crowley still up 2.
Boswell's quarterback Tye Renfro has sneaky speed, and he shows it here. The Pioneers win to keep their playoff hopes alive and well, with a 36-28 win.
