West Virginia commit, Jordan Thomas and the Hebron Hawks took on Coppell Friday
Points were hard to come by early and you can credit the Hebron defense for that. Thomas barely moves for this block and then Micah Cooper swats one a way helping the Hawks win our Defensive Title Belt this week.
Landry Scherrer would finally manage to get some points for the Cowgirls as she scores at the first quarter buzzer. Coppell led 13-10 at halftime.
Second half, Hebron would start connecting on some shots. Sydnee Jones from long range in the 3rd.
Then in the 4th, the Hawks would score points then in the previous 3 quarters combined. Thomas with the basket and foul as she finished with a game high 11 points. Hebron grinds out a 40-27 victory.
