Denton Ryan came into Tuesday night's game with Colleyville Heritage alone atop the 7-5A standings. Panthers were hoping to change that by nights end.
First quarter, excellent ball movement by Colleyville until Tristan Strength dishes it to 6 foot 11, Tim Finau (Fin-ow) for the big stuff.
Strength did his damage from the outside as he hit 3 3 pointers in the first half on his way to 16 points. Panthers up 15-12 after a quarter.
2nd quarter, Cedric Dent gets the ball behind the arc and his defender leaves him....probably not a good idea as Cedric drops a long ball on em. Dent finished with a game high 20 points.
FInau was just too big for the Ryan defense. Nice lefty bank shot here as Finau scored 19 points and Colleyville Heritage is now tied for first with Ryan as they beat the Raiders, 69-50
