South of Dallas ... Wilmer-Hutchins hosted Celina in a battle for 1st place in district 7-4A, Division 1.
Gabe Gayton had a big game for Celina, doing most of his work in the first quarter. He rushed for nearly 200 yards and 3 touchdowns ... in the first quarter alone!
Later in the first, Eagles quarterback Kentrell Parkman threw over the middle to Trevionce Kelly, and from there Kelly shows off his elusiveness and speed. 75 yards on this scoring play; the teams combined for 33 points in the 1st quarter alone.
Gayton finished his huge night with 259 rushing yards and four touchdowns, and Celina got a 20-point win, 37-17 over Wilmer-Hutchins. The Bobcats are now 4-0 in district play.
