Brock Lady Eagles State Recap - 2013 Basketball

Oh, by the way, they won the previous 4. This year, Merkel was the victim of choice. The game was tight throughout the first half.....Braylee Flaska with the jumper in the lane for Brock. She finished with 16 points. Then Flaska splits the double team and hits another short jumper. Game was tied at 16 at the half. 2nd half, Brock started working it inside to their sophomore sensation Lexie Du-Kate. This easy bucket helped her tally 10 for the game and the Lady Eagles led by 2 going into the fourth. And that final quarter is when Brock likes to "do what it do" ....Rachel Williams with the corner 3 pointer and the Lady Eagles have done it again. 40-32 is the final score as Brock wins their 5th straight 2-A State Final.
