Last year on NBC 5, we told you the story of Birdville running back Laderrious Mixon, who was taken in by the family of Birdville quarterback Stone Earle in middle school. Mixon's first carry since mid-september because of a foot injury is a 64 yard touchdown run to tie the game.
That's when Birdville's defense makes a play... Jonathan Aleman breaks through and gets the sack... One of two sacks on the night for Aleman...
