Over at Brewer High School the Bears were playing host to the Birdville Hawks in a key district matchup.
The Bears get goin' quickly, Curtis Moffett gets the pass and watch the body control here and switched back to the left hand and drops home the 2.
Birdville comes back with some lock down D when they gets the steal, get it ahead to Chase Henderson who soars in for the layup however Birdville down 8 at the break.
Things got a little worse in the 3rd when the Hawks don't execute on the in bounds and Moffett scoops it up and then throws down the dunk, great game for Moffett.
But the Hawks start chipping away at the deficit, here a bit of luck involved when Daniel Sykes looses control but the ball calmly bounces to sharp shooter Gehrig Normand and he calmly bangs down the corner 3, and Birdville completes the comeback in this one and gets the hard fought road win over Brewer, the final 54-53.
