Arlington Bowie taking on Arlington Martin for the 8-6A district crown.
And Bowie pulled out all the stops. They kicked 3 straight onsides kicks and recovered 2 of them. One led to this 78 yard touchdown run by Tavares Duckett and the Vols were up 13-0.
Later first, Bowie driving to go up 3 scores, but watch Jordan Talley step in front of this pass for the interception. Talley would take this back 89 yards for a touchdown and giving the Warriors a little life.
Martin is known for their defense and special teams and both would come through on this night. 3 Martin players get through here to block this punt....Keller Webb scoops it up and goes in for the score. Martin would stop a Bowie 2 point conversion with less than a minute left to win this one 30-29 and win the district title.
