McKinney is off to a fantastic start to the season, but hoping to beat Allen for the first time since 1999.
Great start for the McKinney Lions. It’s Florida commit Xavier Fil-sumi taking the handoff on the end around and nobody’s gonna catch him. Xavier houses the long touchdown run to give McKinney the early 7–0 lead!
But Allen comes storming back.
First, quarterback, Brady bricker keeps it in the red zone and Powers his way in for the Touchdown. With a two point conversion, Allen was up 11–7.
Then, just before the half, running back Amir McDowell takes his turn fighting his way in for the score. Allen led 18-7 at the break
