Flower Mound has made a surprising run to the top of the 6-6A standings. Part of that has been because of quarterback Blake Short. Last week in an intense battle with Hebron, Short threw for 355 yards and 5 touchdowns in a 38-35 victory. With the Jaguars down 4 points in the fourth, Short found Reid Touchstone for game winning score and with that, earned himself a M-V-P Bobblehead.
